What NUR Means?
The word NUR means light.
For me, it also carries a more personal meaning — Nidhi’s Untamed Roots.
NUR Artistree began as a small creative practice — a quiet space where I painted, explored colours, and reflected through art. Over time it became something more meaningful as people began joining me to paint, learn, and share stories.
Today, this studio continues to grow as a place where creativity is explored slowly, thoughtfully, and with curiosity.

Painting has always been one of my most personal forms of storytelling.
Many of my artworks draw inspiration from Indian folk traditions, mythology, nature, and human emotions.
I enjoy exploring these themes through colours, patterns, and symbols that carry deeper cultural meanings.
Each artwork created in this studio is a quiet reflection of those stories.

Hello again — I’m Nidhi.
I am a cinematographer and filmmaker by profession, and an artist by heart.
Working with the camera taught me how light, colour, and composition shape the way we experience stories. Painting allows me to explore those same ideas in a slower, more personal way.
Through NUR Artistree, I share both of these worlds — creating spaces where art, storytelling, and human connection meet.
